convenient accessant problemcockroach discovery
the location was acceptable. it provided convenient access to nearby attractions.
the level of cleanliness was subpar. i observed several ants in the room and this was addressed with a spray, but later i found a cockroach in the kitchen cabinet. the apartment felt cold since there was no heating available .

the staff were helpful, i was grateful. free coffee and water were available in the room, a thoughtful touch for all guests.
The walls seemed somewhat thin. I could occasionally hear conversations next door, a slight distraction.

fabulous poolspacious apartmentperfect location
The pool was fabulous. our premium apartment was spacious and well-appointed. the location was very close to the main strip. i did not hear any noise at night. aldi across the road proved very handy for morning supplies. the short walk to both beaches was a definite plus.

the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. i needed assistance with printing boarding passes and directions and they promptly helped me. the service overall. this team really aims to help visitors enjoy their stay.

huge balconycomfortable mattressinsect problemexcessive noise
the balcony was huge it was excellent for the hot summer weather. the mattress was pretty comfortable also. i appreciated the location it was pretty near to all stores and restaurants.
i was disappointed with the insect problem in the room i had. i came home with around ten bites. also i could not sleep on two nights of my stay because of noise from another room near mine.
